Things to Keep an Eye on Through the Dodgers Season, Opening Day Roster Announced

On Friday, the Los Angeles Dodgers will begin their quest to win another World Series.

This team and season are a bit reminiscent of the 2017 team, where the expectations were sky high – win the World Series or bust. The feeling around the league is that the Dodgers are the best team around, and anything less than making the World Series, and winning, would be a disappointment.

Dodgers Acquire Craig Kimbrel from White Sox for AJ Pollock, Plus 2022 Record Prediction

As I was writing the article I had previously started, there was some breaking news happening. At first I believed it was an April Fools joke, but it is not.

Mark Feinsand has reported that the Dodgers have traded outfielder AJ Pollock to the White Sox for reliever Craig Kimbrel. The Dodgers will also play part of Pollock’s deal in the contract.

A Look at the Dodger Bullpen and the Closer Role

The Los Angeles Dodgers are one week away from opening up the 2022 season in Denver against the Colorado Rockies. Before camp breaks, however, there are still a few unanswered questions.

The number of players still in camp as of Thursday afternoon was 41. The season will open with a 28-man roster so teams will have a little help in the pitching department because of the truncated spring training schedule.
