We have made it to the end of this crazy year, baseball and non baseball involved.

I hope that 2022 brings us better baseball and more prosperity overall.

Looking Back on the Dodgers 2021 Season with Bright Hope for 2022

Another year has come to a close, and with it memories of what has been tend to creep in. Even though it didn’t end the way Dodger fans wanted it to, it still was a very memorable year.

Aside from the 2020 season, which ended in a championship, this 2021 season will probably be the most memorable for awhile, with all its ups, down, and everything in between.

Merry Christmas From Think Blue Planning Committee

Merry Christmas to all our readers! To say that 2021 was a roller coaster of a season would be an understatement. The return from the first World Championship in decades saw injuries rip through the roster the whole year, but the team still gave us plenty of excitement with a courageous playoff run.

Dodgers, Cody Bellinger Reach Deal to Avoid Arbitration

Happy Holidays everyone! We are in the middle of winter, and baseball has essentially taken a pause.

Matt Beaty and Chris Taylor Give Back at the Holidays

We’ve arrived at the Winter Solstice, and from now on the days will slowly start to get a little longer, and inch us a little closer to baseball. Hopefully, Major League Baseball and The Players Union also start to work towards a new CBA so baseball doesn’t continue to stay out of our reach.

Random Thoughts on Dodgers’ Starting Rotation, 40-Man Roster and Free Agent Market

If there’s one thing the MLB stoppage has provided fans with so far this winter, it’s the freedom to let their minds run wild with imagination. With the absence of any legitimate rumors of trades or signings, hypothetical acquisitions have been running wild in the baseball blogosphere. If the CBA resolution arrives later than sooner, fans could witness a mad frenzy of signings like no other before.

How Should Dodgers Handle a Prospective Clayton Kershaw Deal?

The MLB lockdown is still intact and has really deprived much of the baseball content. It looks like there has not been any movement, and it doesn’t seem like there will be anytime soon.

On Yasiel Puig, and Fandom When Players and Sports Let You Down

Content Warning – sexual assault and abuse

Baseball players, along with most athletes, are often times held to a reverence where they seem they are above reproach, just because they spark joy playing a little kid’s game. You fall in love with the way they play, their smile, their love of the game that just seems contagious in the way they play.

Dodgers Prospect Watch: A Closer Look at Bobby Miller

Fans who pay close attention to the Dodgers’ farm system know that the last two seasons where like no other in recent history. In 2020, there was no minor league season at all due to the coronavirus, with only a select few prospects eligible to establish a regular schedule at the team’s alternate training site. Last year, just about every possible player who was mature enough and eligible for promotion got a shot in the majors, showing us just how talented — or untalented — the farm system actually is.

Dodgers Holiday Wishlist

Since we are in the holiday season, and the MLB lock out has deprived us of much baseball content, we are going to take a look at a Dodgers wishlist.

Of course, this is all hypothetical since the lockout impedes any big league roster moves, but in a perfect world there is no lockout.
