Dodgers Acquire Jack Flaherty and Kevin Kiermaier at Deadline

Dodgers Announce Selections from Early Rounds of 2024 MLB Draft

In the opening round of the 2024 MLB Draft on Sunday, the Los Angeles Dodgers selected shortstop Kellon Lindsey from Hardee High School (Wauchula, FL) in the first round with the 23rd overall pick. The team continued to add on day two on Monday, landing three pitchers and four position players, including two high school and five collegiate players.

Dodgers Limp into All-Star Break with Series Loss Against Tigers

In what could easily have been a sweep, the Los Angeles Dodgers dropped the final two games of the weekend series to the Detroit Tigers and limped into the 2024 MLB All-Star break despite still having the best record in the National League West.

In Saturday’s middle game, the Dodgers led by as many as five runs before the bullpen self-imploded. Ricky Vanasco, Evan Phillips and Yohan Ramirez surrendered a total of seven runs over the final two innings, handing Detroit the 11-9 victory.

Who Is Justin Wrobleski?

As the active roster of the Los Angeles Dodgers continues to spin in circles, fans can add another name to their get-to-know list this weekend.

In Sunday’s weekend series finale against the Brewers, 23-year-old lefty Justin Wrobleski will get his first major league start. Standing at 6-foot-1 and weighing 190 pounds, the Illinois native is probably smaller than today’s standards for starting pitchers. However, he’s one of the fastest rising stars on the farm and packs an above average heater that clocks in around 97 MPH.
