While many of us thought for certain the upper management crew of the Dodgers would place Yasiel Puig on waivers during the final few weeks of August, Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports reported early Saturday that the front office has no intention of trading the 25-year-old outfielder at this juncture of the season.

Each time rookie Ross Stripling has been recalled to the big league roster this season, it seems as if the 26-year-old righty has elevated his skills to an entirely new level. Dodgers Recall Stewart, Reconstruct Battered Bullpen
