Which Team Poses Biggest Threat to Dodgers in NL West?
The Dodgers won eight consecutive National League Western Division crowns from 2013-2020.
That streak was broken last year when the San Francisco Giants won 107 games, and the division along with it. The Dodgers came up one game short from a ninth straight NL West title. However, they’d get their revenge in October beating the Giants in five games in the division series.

Dodgers Sign Kevin Pillar to Minor League Deal, Freddie Freeman Makes Spring Debut
Through four Cactus League games, the Dodgers still have yet to post a win. If this were the start of the regular season, you’d have fans on social media calling for skipper Dave Roberts to be fired. Nonetheless it is only Spring Training, so fans must take these games with a grain of salt.
The Dodgers have remained quite active in the free agency market. The team inked left handed Tyler Anderson last week, and today signed another veteran. The team announced it had signed veteran outfielder Kevin Pillar to a minor league deal with a big league invite. The deal was reported to be for a $2.5 million base salary.

One of the most fun things about spring training is watching players compete for regular playing time, especially at the positions where there’s still uncertainty. While the Dodgers have plenty of spots on the field that are locked down, there could be one or two that are decided in the final moments leading up to Opening Day.
How Much Will Tyler Anderson Contribute to Dodgers in 2022?
With exactly three weeks remaining until 2022 Opening Day, fans of the Dodgers wonder if the team is finished making significant roster moves, particularly regarding the starting rotation.
There were a few minor moves on Friday as the team took another shot with veteran southpaw Danny Duffy and 32-year-old lefty Tyler Anderson. Duffy’s in the same boat as he was last year with an injury, but there’s a pretty good chance that Anderson could step right into the team’s starting rotation, at least until Trevor Bauer’s fate is decided.
