Another big set of decisions by the Los Angeles Dodgers front office crew will foreseeably be made this week, as every MLB club has until Friday to make last minute additions to their 40-man rosters or else risk losing qualified players to the Rule 5 draft, which will be held during the Winter Meetings early next month in Maryland.

Dodgers’ Calhoun Could Be on Fast Track to Majors

Dodgers Prospects: Calhoun, Bellinger Impress in Fall Stars Game

Second baseman Willie Calhoun went 3-for-3 and earned MVP honors while teammate Cody Bellinger added a two-run home run on Saturday night, powering the AFL West squad to a 12-4 victory over the East in the Fall Stars Game, a showcase of the top talent in the Arizona Fall League.

Dodgers’ Minor League Trio Set for AFL All-Star Showcase

It goes without saying that over the course of the season, it’s been both a delight and a privilege to sit down and chat with six of the most successful prospects in the Los Angeles Dodgers‘ organization. Dodgers Prospects: Trevor Oaks Shut Down for Season

Just days after Trevor Oaks was removed in the first inning of a scheduled start on Saturday against Colorado Springs with an apparent groin strain, the Los Angeles Dodgers determined the injury severe enough to shut down the righty pitching prospect for the remainder of the season.
