The regular season accolades just keep piling up for the Dodgers’ longest contracted player, Mookie Betts.
On Thursday, the Dodgers’ right fielder was awarded the Louisville Slugger Silver Slugger Award. This is Betts’ third straight Silver Slugger Award and his first while playing for the Dodgers. It is his fourth overall such award.
Just like many fans presumed, Dodgers’ right fielder Mookie Betts was named the 2020 National League Gold Glove Award winner for right field, as announced by the MLB Network on Tuesday evening.

Now that the dust is settling on the Dodgers winning the World Series, fans are starting to look forward to next season.
Most of the core of this year’s team will still be with the Dodgers next season, but there were seven players who reached free agency when the season ended. They are Pedro Báez, Justin Turner, Kiké Hernandez, Joc Pederson, Blake Treinen, Jake McGee, and Alex Wood.
